If a hinge, arm, lens or frame fails because of a manufacturing fault, we replace the pair. No time limit. No fee.
What is covered
- Hinges that loosen, seize or snap
- Arms that crack or separate from the frame
- Lenses that delaminate, bubble or lose their coating
- Any other fault in materials or workmanship
What is not covered
- Scratches from normal wear
- Damage from drops, sitting on them or leaving them in a hot car
- Lost or stolen pairs
How to claim
- Email help@circulr.co with your order number and a photo of the fault.
- We reply within 2 working days.
- If the fault is covered, we send a replacement. If the style has sold out, you choose another at the same price.
