ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

If you selected a tracked service, we will send you an email with your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse. 

If your tracking link does not work, try it again later: it normally takes a couple of hours to register the tracking information. Please note that our team only works on business days. If your order has to pass through customs, CIRCULR is not liable for any additional costs which may arise. If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE WATCH?

The men's watch case has a 44mm diameter and a width of 8.5mm; the women's watch case has a 40mm diameter and a width of 6.5mm

WHAT’S THE WATCH GLASS MADE OF?

CIRCULR watches use hardened mineral glass, which gives resistance and durability. 

WHAT’S THE MOVEMENT OF THE WATCH?

All our watches have three hands, driven by Japanese MIYOTA quartz movement.


WHAT WARRANTY DOES IT HAVE?

All our products come with a 6 months quality and materials defects warranty, effective from the purchase date.

The warranty doesn’t cover standard wear and tear, the battery, the strap, loss or theft. CIRCULR won’t accept any warranty claim if the watch shows signs of excessive use or of misuse.

 

CAN I GET THE WATCH WET? CAN I SHOWER OR SWIM WITH IT?

CIRCULR watches are not diving watches. They should not be submerged.

The watch fulfils the international standard ISO 2281/DIN 8310 regarding impermeability and resistance to accidental splashes and rain. It is also designed and, during production, it is tested to bear static pressure to 3ATM (3 bar).


HOW CAN I MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF THE LEATHER STRAP?

To keep the original look, you must protect the strap from water, humidity, grass, perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals, and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for prolonged periods. If the leather strap gets splashed, clean it rapidly with an absorbent cloth.

CAN I ADJUST THE MESH STRAPS?

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

The battery lasts 2 years.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To change or cancel your order, you should contact us via help@circulr.co as soon as possible after completing or receiving your order.


REFUNDS

Refunds are made using the original payment method whenever possible. Please put your name and order number inside the package and send your returns to:

CONTACTING PAYPAL

CIRCULR doesn’t have access to your Paypal account. Contact Paypal if you want to open an account, if you want to change your account password, if there is a problem with a payment through your account, if you want to check the status of a transaction, or for any other issue related with the Paypal platform. 

 

FRAUD MANAGEMENT

To provide a safe online shopping experience, CIRCULR has integrated fraud prevention tools in the online payment process. Every transaction is reviewed for indications of fraud in order to ensure the identification of the cardholder and protect against fraud. CIRCULR reserves the right to verify the validity of all payments before sending an order. For example, we may request additional documents, such as identity cards or proof of residence. Any information you provide us will be treated confidentially and will be destroyed once payment is verified.

 

CIRCULR STORE LOCATIONS

CIRCULR doesn’t have any shops. Yet.

 

PROBLEM WITH A CIRCULR ORDER

CIRCULR want to know if there's a problem with your order or product. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong order or duplicate orders, or if you don't receive your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us via help@circulr.co 

1- If your order passes through customs, we will not be held responsible for any additional costs which this may invoke.

2- If you return goods to any address other than the one emailed to you, we will not be held responsible for loss of the goods. 

 

ERROR TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

 

We will occasionally send your order before the carrier is able to provide information on their website. If you tried checking your tracking number and received a message saying they were unable to track your shipment, please allow a few hours and try again. 

 

HOW TO BECOME A CIRCULR RETAILER

If you’re interested in becoming an authorized CIRCULR retailer, you must have a business license (issued by your local government) and a retail store front. Applications to sell CIRCULR product from home or on auction websites will be not be considered. Please contact us via help@circulr.co

 

CIRCULR SPONSORSHIP

CIRCULR proactively seeks athletes, artists, celebrities and photographers to endorse the brand. Unsolicited sponsorship requests are not considered.
